You may also need repeated treatment sessions spaced several weeks (6-8 weeks) apart to achieve optimal results.

Directly after your PRP skin rejuvenation treatment, you will likely experience some redness and swelling, but these side effects will dissipate within 24 hours. You may also experience some tightness. While you can go back to most of your normal activities, you will want to avoid makeup for up to 48 hours and stop yourself from picking or touching your skin.
As for results, it typically takes several months before you see significant improvements as the collagen and elastin build up in the skin.
